Below is a log of the recent exercise and fitness stuff I’ve done, showing the last 20 sessions or so, just for your info really.
I try and update it as often as I can. In better weather I might bike to work, other times go running. I should get back in the pool at some stage as well.
Just trying to decide what challenge to set myself now. Perhaps to do a decent marathon time.
